Mission

We aim to inspire business leaders to become heart-led in their vision and strategies, placing kindness, humility and compassion at the centre of their dealings with their staff, customers, suppliers and stakeholders. We believe that this attitude is not a 'nice to have'; it is an essential way of doing business in the current VUCA/BANI world - and the evidence is clear: this approach increases profit, performance and overall company agility.

The vision of bluetouchpaper is a world where people feel connected to each other, where love & compassion are at the heart of the way we do business and where the uniqueness of individuals is celebrated and utilised in service of a better world. We share a vision where success is defined in terms of value and service and where profit margins naturally improve as a consequence of kindness in action.

Redefining Kindness for Business

Our beagle taught me a lot about kindness; it wasn't always easy to learn from her! It took a while for me to truly understand.

Kindness is not simply about being nice, not getting angry, always agreeing so as to not rock the boat; kindness should not be confused with weakness. In fact, kindness takes many forms, including being straight with people, matching roles to natural aptitudes and being honest with ourselves. 

​

Kindness is an attitude that assumes that people act with positive intention, that good things happen when we are gentle and that growth arises as an emergent property of bonded, compassionate relationships. 

​
