A few words about Bushido
Bushido, the way of the warrior, is a code of conduct that originated in Japan among the Samurai.
It emphasizes seven key virtues:
1. Gi (Integrity) Having integrity and making ethical decisions, crucial for evolving tust in business.
2. Yu (Courage) The bravery to face difficult challenges, inspiring leaders to take risks and to innovate.

3. Jin (Compassion) Compassion and kindness, fostering strong relationships and cohesive teamwork.
4. Rei (Respect) Valuing others, essential for effective communication and collaboration.
5. Makoto (Honesty) Being truthful, which builds credibility and loyalty in business.
6. Chugi (Loyalty) Commitment to one's team and to company values, vital for long-term success.
7. Meiyo (Honour) Maintaining a good reputation, which is key to personal and organisational branding.
I have found these to be very useful guides in my personal and professional life; now I am inviting you to consider their usefulness for you and your business too.
There are numerous applications to this 'Code' in business. Recruitment & Retention, Leadership Development, Managing Teams, Supporting Individuals, Optimising Relationships with Stakeholders and Customers....this list is almost endless. There is an art and a science to applying this in a business context - and I would love to explain the many benefits of doing so.
